One Red Sox starter stands out from the others when it comes to getting wins

The Boston Red Sox’s starting pitchers have been doing pretty well stat-wise recently, but their records have been pretty poor, except for one. The Sox this season are 19-9 when Brayan Bello starts the game. His peers? 56-65.
Bello has been a great pitcher record-wise, but his stats don’t necessarily reflect it. He has a high ERA, 4.60, but he wins and strikes out batters. He has a 14-7 record, and 142 strikeouts. While he doesn’t seem like the ace, due to the Sox winning a majority of his starts, it seems like he is.
Bello signed a contract extension back in March for eight years, $55 million dollars. So, if he keeps up this winning, he will be a steal in terms of payment. For $6.875 million a year, the Sox will get 20 or so wins.
All the Sox need to do is evaluate the rest of the staff. The bullpen needs a whole restructuring, minus Luis Guerrero, Zach Penrod, Justin Slaten, and Liam Hendriks.
For the starters, Bello and Tanner Houck are safe. The Sox need to take a hard look at Kutter Crawford, Nick Pivetta, and Cooper Criswell, and see if they want to trade, let them walk, or re-sign them for bullpen help or another righty bat.
