For the Los Angeles Chargers, the head coach they hired this offseason has not only completely changed the culture of the football team, but he is absolute gold when behind a microphone at press conferences.

Harbaugh is known for his sometimes funny, sometimes strange way with words, and in addressing the media on Wednesday in preparation for the team's Week 3 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, he somehow came up with this...

The best part about the things he says is he doesn't have to think too hard about it. But you notice that sly grin that appears on his face just before he answers? Terrific.

Harbaugh has assembled a great staff of coaches with this Chargers team. Offensive coordinator Greg Roman has clearly instilled his philosophy and defensive coordinator Jesse Minter has made a seamless transition from the college ranks.

The staff also features former players Navarro Bowman, Nick Hardwick, Jonathan Goodwin and Will Tukuafu as well as respected special teams coordinator Ryan Ficken.

Harbaugh may not be everyone's cup of tea, but Chargers fans sure love the guy the team hired and those fans in Ann Arbor are really missing the guy that led them to a national championship last season.
