With frustrations continuing to build within the Minnesota Timberwolves' organization, there were some positives to take away from their 107-105 loss on Sunday to the Boston Celtics.

In addition to Anthony Edwards doing what he does best (29 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists), rookie Rob Dillingham had an impressive showing on the road against the defending champs.

He received a significant increase in his minutes in Sunday's game. He played 16 minutes and scored a career-high 14 points. Just a few days ago, coach Chris Finch praised Dillingham and how he has seemed to be adapted to the pros.

"He's performed really well, ball has moved and the tempo has picked up," Finch said. "He's making a lot of really good decisions and competing on defense."

As the Wolves found themselves crawling back into another game, they were down by double-digit points in the third quarter. Dillingham played a big role in helping them fight back to make it a closer game. Going into the 4th quarter, Dillingham only had 6 points and would score 8 in the final quarter.

Dillingham appears extremely comfortable, especially playing alongside Edwards, who found an open Dillingham on a couple of different occasions. Now that he seems to be healthy since healing from his ankle injury to start the season, this is a trend we should see from the Wolves moving forward.

Since it is so early in the season, Minnesota has a chance to try some things out with their rotation. The regular season hasn't gone quite as well as they planned, but with a healthy Dillingham, we could be amid new life for the organization.

He is a top-10 draft pick and comes with high expectations. He showcased a tease of what he can do with the opportunity of getting more minutes.

This should be something fans see more of moving forward. Although they lost the game, the team was more pleasant to watch and seemed to be playing with the confidence of last season.
